MORE THAN 1 ITEM IS CONSIDERED A BULK ITEM AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
Bulk items cannot be considered for refunds and we operate from the premise that our customers know about the teas you purchase and its elements before buying any items in bulk. You MUST agree to this in order for your purchase to go through so PLEASE make sure you understand this before purchasing multiple items on your first order with us.
SAMPLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE:
Why? Because they are free. All you pay for is shipping. We pay for 2-3 day shipping through the USPS which is non-refundable.
REPEAT ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE:
Example: If you have ordered more than 1 time from our site you already know if it is a quality product or not for you and are not eligible for a refund once you have purchased from us already unless you received the order damaged or not the correct order.
PROCEDURE TO MAKE RETURN:

- Please send the product back to us.
- Once we receive the product the credit card used for your most recent purchase of an item will be refunded.
- Returns must be requested within 90 days of original product order date.
